Emery got to see Santa this year. And even though I thought he'd probably refuse to sit on his lap and/or cry, he didn't! He was hesitant, but did great! When Santa asked him what he wanted for Christmas he said, "Candy."

What an easy boy to please. Christmas should be cheap for you guys this year ;)
That's great that he enjoyed sitting on santa's lap. I think that it is a good idea to wait until kids are a little bit older to sit on his lap so that they don't freak out (or are less likely).
P.S. I owe you a letter and will write you this week.
