This moment in time: 2 months old

This is a little late since Lucy is now 10 weeks but July 15th Lucy was 2 months old!
At her check-up she weighed 10 lbs 5 oz. and was 24 in. long. She is in the 40th percentile for weight and 95th percentile for height! She's tall and skinny :)

Hobbies: smiling and cooing

Skills: swatting at toys, nursing, sleeping through the night sometimes

What I'm in to: hearing Emery sing, sitting in the baby swing

What I'm not in to: baths

Foods: breast milk

What I'm saying: coo's and squeeks :)

Randomness

Emery went to the dentist and did awesome! Didn't shed a tear and opened wide for his cleaning and one filling. (We won't talk about what happened the first time we tried to take him several months ago...)

Finally got some red tomatoes! Yum!!

It may be July and 98 degrees outside but I couldn't help playing a little dress up today! Lucy loves her pink boots! Well she probably didn't know what was going on but I loved them!

And Emery loves Lucy!

Tummy Time

Lucy is getting strong! She always is trying to lift her head and look around. Here she is having some tummy time.

Big brother was cheering her on! He was so proud of her and jumped in this picture I was taking of Lucy after I put her back onto her back.

Emery's First Movie

Emery went with Mommy to his first movie this week. He saw Toy Story 3!
He really liked it. After it was over he said, "No, I don't want to go home. I want to see another one!" I guess we'll be headed back some time soon :)

Independence Day!

We went to the outdoor orchestra concert and fireworks at Heritage Park again this year!

The weather was perfect!

Even Lucy loved it!

Last year was our 1st year and we plan on going again next year!
