Remembering the Everyday.

Lucy is an enthusiastic, sweet, and curious 2 year old! She cut her hair..again. No more scissors for her for a while! She also loves to paint, do play-doh, and color with markers and crayons. She is our little mama always helping Andy with his pacifier or singing him songs. Dressing up is an everyday activity; sometimes a princess or ballerina, other times a train conductor or doctor! And if you leave your shoes around, she'll be sure to give them a spin. She loves sweeping, doing dishes, and laundry with mommy! Sometimes she'll even nurse her babies. She isn't very interested in eating much at meal-time, but would rather graze throughout the day.
Andy is the sweetest little baby. Full of smiles and wiggles; and very few cries! Mommy is in love :) He is a big guy though, and heavy to carry around for too long. But, he doesn't mind laying on the floor, sitting in his bouncy seat, or taking a drive in the car. "Life is good", it seems is Andrew's motto.
Emery is almost outgrowing playing with toys in the playroom, but he'll occasionally pull some things out to play with Lucy. And she loves it! One game they like to play is puppies. Emery will takes his Lucy puppy around the house and feed her and put her to bed. Or other times they pretend that Emery is the baby and Lucy is the mommy. She loves to be in charge when he'll let her!
The day before Christmas break, Emery came home sick with a stomach bug. The poor thing was not himself, and slept a lot. He also threw up a few times. But fortunately it only lasted about 24hours. And it didn't spoil Christmas!
