This probably isn't a big deal to many of you but I've had such trouble baking a loaf of bread! So basically I stayed away from trying again for quite some time.But, after only 1 failed batch this morning, I finally made a loaf of bread :) Yum!

Congrats Julie! That loaf of bread looks perfect. I too am in the midst of trying to figure out bread. I have a whole wheat recipe that tastes great, but if I could just get it to rise and look like your's, I would be much happier!

Yeah we failed at it lots of times in our old apt. when we moved we tried and were successful the very first time. Maybe it's your new oven!
