You know the saying...

You know the saying, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade"? Well when life gives you snow....
make snow ice cream!
Courtesy of Paula Deen:

8 cups snow (or shaved ice)
1 can (14oz.) Sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix well and serve immediately.
*Note* Let's be smart people. Use FRESH and CLEAN snow. No yellow, brown, 3 day old, or speckled snow!

Does this really work? Is it good? I would never think of that!

It's actually pretty good. I mean anything with sweetened condensed milk = yummo!!
It does have more of a cruchy consistency like a snow cone rather than ice cream though. I guess it all depends on if the snow is fluffy and fine, or not.
Emery's melted and he started calling it milk. And then drank the rest up! Let's just say it was very sweet milk :)
